1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms of service govern the use of the website operated by Plus Roi Media S.L. (PlusROI Media) and the contracting of its services. By accessing this website or contracting our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services

PlusROI Media provides user-generated content (UGC) production and paid social advertising management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price of each engagement are defined in the corresponding proposal or contract agreed with the client.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide accurate information and the materials needed to deliver the services, and to use any content produced in accordance with the agreed usage rights and applicable advertising regulations.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Usage rights over the content produced are transferred to the client as set out in each proposal or contract. Until full payment is received, PlusROI Media retains the rights over the deliverables.

5. Payment

Prices, payment methods and billing terms are those specified in the proposal or contract accepted by the client. All prices are subject to the taxes applicable under current legislation.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlusROI Media commits to delivering its services professionally but does not guarantee specific commercial results, as campaign performance depends on multiple factors beyond its control. Liability is limited to the amount of the contracted service.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
